Terms and Conditions

Simplicity With Style — Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid at time of arrival (Before Set Up Begins). Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit and signed agreement are received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable. Credits toward future bookings may be issued at the discretion of Simplicity With Style.

3. Event Adjustments

Any changes to the event date, time, or location must be submitted via text, voice note, email, or voice message at least 10 days in advance. Additional fees may apply depending on the scale of the adjustments and availability.

4. Décor & Rentals

All décor, backdrops, inventory, equipment, and styling items provided by Simplicity With Style remain the property of the company. Items that are stolen, lost, damaged, or returned incomplete will be subject to a replacement or repair fee.

5. Event Space Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring the setup area is clean, safe, and accessible at the agreed time. Please inform us in advance of any stairs, restricted access, or venue limitations that may affect setup.

6. Weather & Outdoor Events

For outdoor events, clients must have a backup plan in case of weather conditions that prevent setup (such as rain or high winds). Simplicity With Style is not responsible for weather-related cancellations or damages.

7. Liability

Simplicity With Style is not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or losses that occur during or after the event due to circumstances beyond our control. please insure you and your guests are staying clear or maneuvering around Simplicity With Style’s equipment such as cords, lines, and all items in a safe manner.  

8. Photography & Marketing

We take pride in our work and may photograph or film décor setups for portfolio or social media purposes. Clients who prefer not to have their event featured must notify us in writing prior to the event date.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

All Deposits are Non Refundable.  Deposits are 20% of total invoice which prices vary.  This includes rentals. 


Balance after Deposit is to be remitted immediately after delivery and set up..  


No Refunds…


All items, inventory and equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered.   Any lost, stolen or damaged inventory and equipment will be subject to additional cost for the purposes of replacement.
